Andy Koostra

Andy Koostra has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and IT. Andy started their career as a GIS Specialist at Infocode in 2002 and worked there until 2005. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a GIS at Wiser Company. In 2004, they joined Consolidated Utility District as a Systems Manager, responsible for the operation of the IT and GIS departments. During their tenure, they were involved in evaluating, selecting, and maintaining software and hardware solutions, as well as coordinating with consultants and vendors. In 2013, Andy became the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. Andy held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at Rutherford County Government. Currently, Andy is a GIS Solution Engineer at True North Geographic Technologies, where they have been working since 2015.

Andy Koostra attended Western Kentucky University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.
