Caroline Barron

Caroline Barron currently serves as the Operations Manager at True North Group, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Caroline held the role of EV/CASE Program Manager for Nissan at MSX International, where a significant focus was on conducting business needs analysis to establish dealer benchmarking. In an earlier position at MSX International, Caroline was the OEM Program Manager for Volkswagen, leading a team that designed and implemented a retail performance product, resulting in a 15% average year-over-year sales increase. Caroline has also held various leadership and sales roles in the automotive sector, including Regional Director at AutoPoint, Executive Account Manager at GSM, and Area Sales Manager at OneCommand. Caroline began a career in the United States Air Force, supporting satellite communications and job control for an Air Control Squadron, after earning a B.S. in Biology with a Marketing minor from Shenandoah University.
