Raymond Sinclaire, CFA, FRM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and governance. Currently a partner and principal at True North Partners LLP since December 2015, Raymond previously served as the Managing Director at Ratings Focus from 2011 to November 2015, specializing in IRB models and client services including model validation and governance policy development. Prior roles include Risk Specialist at the Financial Services Authority, where Raymond led assessments of compliance with IRB requirements for major UK banks, and Risk Manager at Barclays Bank, focusing on credit risk model oversight. Earlier experience includes working as a Risk Analyst at Absa Bank and lecturing at the University of the Witwatersrand, where Raymond contributed to macroeconomic research. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
