Taras Melysh, MBA, has extensive experience in the insulation and scaffolding industry, currently serving as President of True North Scaffold + Insulation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Taras held various leadership positions, including Director of Projects at Tetrad Insulation Inc. from February 2019 to October 2022 and General Manager Insulation at Standard Scaffold Inc. from May 2015 to February 2019. Previous experience also includes Operations Manager/Chief Estimator and Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Silverline Insulation, as well as roles at Thomas Insulation and Northern Insulation. Taras holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Queen's University, completing the degree in 2022.
