Kimberly Locklear

Kimberly Locklear is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in phlebotomy and operations management. Currently, Kimberly serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of True Point Phlebotomy Solutions, which provides staffing solutions for certified phlebotomists across healthcare facilities, laboratories, and research institutions nationwide. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director of Network Operations at Mobile Health, overseeing a team and managing relationships with 6,500 clinics, while also focusing on improving patient outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Patient Care at GENETWORx, National Field Manager at Phleb-Finders, and Phlebotomist at Mayo Clinic Laboratories. Kimberly holds a Certified Phlebotomy Technician degree from Western Career Training and is currently pursuing an AAS Degree in Organizational Management at Rio Salado College.
