Helen Webster

Helen Webster has a strong work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helen is currently the Managing Director of Product at True Potential LLP. Before that, they served as an Associate Director/Interim Conducting Officer at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). Prior to that, they held various roles at abrdn, including Head of Luxembourg/Managing Director (Lux) and Acting Head of Business Management (Lux). Helen also has experience serving as a board member for organizations such as the Scottish Football Association and Children 1st. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Project Heather and held multiple roles at Aberdeen Asset Management, including Chief Executive Officer of Aberdeen Life. Helen started their career at AEGON Asset Management as the European Head of Product.

Helen Webster pursued their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1993 at The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in physics.
