Caroline Francotte

Caroline Francotte is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies in Europe. Currently serving as Director of HR Europe at True Society since March 2022, Caroline has also held the same title at Essense of Australia until April 2024. Prior roles include Head of HR for Switzerland and Italy at C&A and leadership positions at Two Spice, Tamedia AG, SV (Schweiz) AG, and Adecco. Caroline’s educational background includes advanced studies in strategic human capital management, HR marketing, and coaching, complemented by a diploma in personnel management.
