Vaishnavi Trivedi

Vaishnavi Trivedi is a seasoned professional in product design and food science, currently serving as Head of Product Design and Food Scientist at True Terpenes since July 2021. Prior to this, Vaishnavi held the position of Applications Technologist at PowderPure/IFF from May 2019 to July 2021, where significant achievements included the development and commercialization of over 13 new products and the establishment of rigorous sensory protocols. Vaishnavi's experience also encompasses a harvest internship at King Estate Winery, academic research at Oregon State University's Enology Lab, and various roles in sensory testing and production at Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd, as well as the OSU Center for Sensory & Consumer Behavior Research. Vaishnavi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University.
