Chanisara Sommatiwong

Chanisara Sommatiwong is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Head of Culture and People Solutions Department at True Corporation since April 2017. In this role, Chanisara oversees the end-to-end talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring the organization is equipped with high-potential employees for critical roles. Previously, Chanisara held various associate director positions focused on strategic talent management and people transformation, as well as head of talent acquisition, where efforts were concentrated on building talent pipelines and enhancing employer branding. Chanisara's earlier experience includes working as a consultant at Aon Hewitt Asia and conducting research at the Thai Health Promotion Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Thammasat University.
