They have worked in various roles such as Technical Designer, Senior Product Manager, and Pattern Maker, focusing primarily on mid-tier and mass markets for major retailers like Kohl’s, Sears, and Target. Eli's early expertise as a Pattern Maker provided them with a strong foundation in fit, fabric efficacy, and construction techniques, enabling them to implement cost-saving initiatives. At Fruit of the Loom, they were instrumental in launching a line that marked the brand's first representation in high-end retail, expanding its market reach to include all three segments. Currently, Eli is employed at TrueTimber Outdoors, Inc. as the Technical Design Manager.
