Israel Madrigal

Israel Madrigal has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Israel is currently serving as the Finance Director Shared Services at True Value Company, where they lead the Accounts Payable Delivery team and manages payroll shared services. Prior to this, Israel worked at Baxter International Inc. for 18 years, holding various roles such as Director of Shared Service Centers - Accounts Payable Global Delivery Owner, Sr. Finance Manager II JDE Process Improvement-System implementation, Finance Manager II Account to Report JDE implementation, Finance Manager II A2R Inventories-Intercompany, and Finance Manager - Americas Accounts Payable. Israel also worked at Procter & Gamble as a Finance Manager, overseeing North American sales accounting and inventories operations. Israel began their career at Fleishman-Hillard as a Finance Administrative Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in process improvement, system implementation, team management, and financial analysis.

Israel Madrigal has a diverse education history. Israel completed a Marketing Management Specialization at the University of San Francisco in 2010. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing-Finance Management at Aden Business School. In 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Finally, from 1993 to 1998, they earned a Licentiate degree in Finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
