Jackson Riffle

Jackson Riffle is an experienced operations leader currently serving as General Manager at True Value Company since November 2022. Previously, Riffle worked at CEVA Logistics from October 2020 to October 2022 as Hub Manager, where responsibilities included developing hiring plans and implementing best practices in people leadership. Riffle also held various roles at Kohl's Department Stores from June 2014 to October 2020, including Operations Manager and Operations Planning Executive, overseeing large teams and managing an extensive omnichannel network. Riffle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Operations Management and Leadership from the University of Dayton.
