In their most recent role at True Value Company, they served as the Director of Marketing Analytics, leading a team of analytics professionals in delivering data-driven insights for the organization. john also held the position of Marketing Analytics Manager at True Value Company, where they managed a team of analysts and developed strategic segmentation and data models for marketing solutions. Additionally, they served as a Loyalty Analytics Consultant at True Value Company, providing customer analytics and leading analytics for the marketing loyalty program. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated leadership and expertise in delivering detailed analysis, interpreting customer behavior trends, and supporting customer loyalty programs.

John Morris obtained their Masters degree in Applied Statistics from Michigan State University from 1998 to 2000.
