Val Gatson

Val Gatson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and marketing. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at True Value Company since March 2008, Val leads the talent acquisition team with a focus on strategic recruitment practices and high-performance outcomes. Prior to this role, Val worked as an HR Business Partner at LaSalle Bank, where the delivery of integrated HR solutions was a primary responsibility, consulting with over 900 clients. Val's background also includes serving as HR Manager at Northern Trust Bank, managing a leadership development program, and as Marketing Manager at Inland Steel Company, where international and domestic market strategies were developed. Val holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
