Nima Kelly

Nima Kelly serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at True Wind Capital since September 2021. Prior to this role, Nima held various positions at GoDaddy from January 2002 to April 2021, including Chief Legal Officer and a range of other leadership roles, earning a reputation as the 'VP of Everything.' Nima's earlier experience includes serving as VP of HR at Beechwood Data Systems from January 1995 to January 1999, managing all aspects of human resources, and working as a Labor & Employment Litigator at Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP from January 1988 to January 1995. Nima holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
