Kimberly Wagner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the agribusiness, food, and life sciences sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of TBGD Partners, LLC since January 2018, Kimberly provides strategic and operational expertise. Additionally, Kimberly co-owns Stoutridge Vineyard, LLC, a craft winery and distillery. With a strong presence in corporate governance, Kimberly serves as an Independent Director for Green Plains Inc., Frontier Co-op, TrueAlgae, and previously for SmithFoods, Inc., holding key roles in various committees. Kimberly's past leadership positions include President and COO at CiBO Technologies and Partner at McKinsey & Company, along with being a Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Academic credentials include a PhD in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Harvard University, an MS in Physiology of Reproduction/Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and a BS in Biology/Animal Science from Cornell University.
