Eszter Vörös

Eszter Vörös has been in the People Operations field since 1999. Eszter began their career as an Assistant at AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. in 1999. In 2000, they moved to Clarity Consulting as an Office Manager and HR, where they were responsible for managing daily Back Office operations, participating in recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, and trainings, and supporting the Managing Director and management team. In 2009, they became the HR Manager at LLP Hungary, where they established HR processes for recruiting, onboarding, and performance appraisal, and managed HR operations. From 2012 to 2015, they were the HR Manager at XAPT CEE, where they established and managed HR processes, built an HR team, and implemented a Performance Management System. Eszter then moved to XAPT Corporation in 2015 as the Director of Global Resources, where they oversaw HR operations in 5 countries, worked with the executive team on a strategic level, and made sure that the Business Strategy was represented in all levels of HR Strategy. In 2018, they became the Director of Global Resources at XAPT, and in 2019, they moved to ST People Focus as a People Connector/Advisor, where they were responsible for driving the setting up and scaling of global remote teams, supporting IT companies in improving their People Operations, and aligning Business Strategy with People Strategy. In 2021, they became the Head of People Operations at Truebase, and in 2022, they are currently the Business and People Operations Advisor at Zuora.

Eszter Vörös attended Fazekas Mihály Gimnázium from 1992 to 1996. Eszter then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from ELTE.
