Richard Sealund

Richard Sealund has a diverse work experience in IT roles, starting from 1998 to the present. Richard began their career as a Network and Systems Administrator and progressively took on more responsibilities, such as managing telecom vendors, overseeing the help desk, and migrating systems to a Windows Server environment. From 2009 to 2015, Richard served as the Global IT Infrastructure Manager, establishing network connections, migrating European subsidiaries, and relocating the corporate office. Richard then worked as the Office 365 and SharePoint Administrator, managing licenses and collaborating with consultants to develop a digital workplace. Richard's most recent position was as the Interim Information Technology Director at St. Anthony Foundation, where they managed all aspects of IT while focusing on improving services and reducing costs. Richard is currently the Sr. IT Manager at Truebeck Construction and will transition into the role of Director of IT in 2024.

Richard Sealund obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Richard also holds additional certifications, including "Configure and Manage SharePoint Online" and "VMware vSphere 6 Essential Training" from LinkedIn, as well as "Certificate of Completion in Communication and Interpersonal Skills" and "Certificate of Completion in Management Skills for New Supervisors" from the American Management Association.
