Darcy Luxenberg

Darcy Luxenberg currently serves as Director and Assistant General Counsel at TrueBlue Inc., having held various counsel positions within the company since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as In-House Counsel at MC Construction/Point Ruston and Corporate Counsel at Labor Ready, where responsibilities encompassed employment law, litigation management, and corporate advice. Previous legal experience includes negotiating specialty claims at Travelers and serving as an Associate Attorney at Davies Pearson, P.C., focusing on business law. Luxenberg began the legal career with internships at the Oregon Department of Justice and Vigilant Counsel for Employers, following an academic background that includes a JD from Willamette University College of Law and a BBA from the UW Foster School of Business.
