Greg Netolicky

Greg Netolicky is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at TrueBlue Inc. since October 2023, Greg previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Rite-Hite from December 2017 to October 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, Director of Global Talent Management at Eastman Chemical Company, and positions at Rockwell Automation and KellyOCG, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition and program management. Greg began their career as a recruiter at Aerotek. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa.
