Rick Betori

Rick Betori is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the staffing and consulting industries. Currently serving as President and Managing Director of the Americas at PeopleScout since November 2021, Rick has previously held senior positions including SVP of Field Strategy & Operations and SVP of Operations and Innovation at PeopleReady from April 2015 to December 2021. Prior to that, Rick was President of StudentScout from January 2011 to April 2015, and President of Wonderlic, Inc. from April 2005 to January 2011. Additionally, Rick founded INSinc Management Consulting, where the role of Founder and President was held from April 1996 to March 2005. Rick Betori is a graduate of Bradley University.
