Vatsala Dubey

Vatsala Dubey currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at TrueBlue Inc., a role held since August 2022. Prior to this, Vatsala was the Senior Vice President and Head of Information Security at Cresco Labs from January 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included building and scaling the Information Security Program significantly during the company's rapid growth. Vatsala also held the position of Senior Director and Head of Information Security at Transform Co from March 2019 to January 2020, leading modernization strategies and managing a substantial security budget. Additionally, Vatsala has extensive experience at Sears Holdings Corporation, serving in various capacities from October 1998 to February 2019, focusing on enterprise security governance, risk, compliance, and policy implementation. Vatsala began a career in IT as a Technical Consultant at New Resources Corporation and holds advanced degrees in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University and Delhi University.
