Richard Ayotte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business valuation and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Certified Valuation Analyst at Business Value Center, Inc. since October 2013, Richard is involved in valuing corporate stock and intellectual assets for non-public companies, facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and various financial transactions. As EVP of Research & Development at Truebridge Financial Marketing since February 2013, Richard develops productivity tools to enhance company value. Additionally, Richard has been the CEO of American Brokerage Consultants since 1987, providing M&A consulting and valuation services to over 100 privately-held firms. Richard's early career includes significant roles as CFO at Invest Financial Corporation and Coast Federal Savings & Loan, focusing on financial management to boost customer service and company value.
