Rishabh Bhargava

Rishabh Bhargava currently serves as the Manager of Business Operations & Intelligence at Truecaller, a position held since July 2021, following roles as Associate Manager and Associate Customer Success Operation Manager. Rishabh began the professional journey at Knowlarity as a Customer Success Intern in May 2021, and prior to that, held various positions at OneCert International from June 2018 to May 2021, including Reviewer and Auditor/International Coordinator in Customer Relations. Additional experience includes a Business Development Internship at Astorianz Industries in early 2021, an internship at KARL MAYER in June 2017, and a QA Internship at Arvind Limited in mid-2016. Rishabh holds a PGDM in Marketing and Operations Management from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
