Rakesh Rathore, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the fields of private label brands, food and beverage, general merchandise, garments, drug discovery, and more. In 2008, they co-founded TrueChoicePack (TCP), a total solutions provider for private label brands and customized disposable products. Rakesh also co-founded American Essentials, an export, import and distribution company, located in Dayton OH. In 2010, they joined the Editorial Advisory Board and Reviewer of Combinatorial Chemistry & High Throughput Screening. In 2009, they became a Reviewer for the Journal of Biomolecular Screening. From 2008 to 2014, they were a Research Scientist, Scientist, and Research Fellow at the Proteomics & Mass Spectrometry Core, University of Cincinnati. In 2013, they co-founded EcoWastehub Corp. In 2014, they joined the Editorial Board Member of Current Research in Drug Discovery. In 2020, they joined Advisory Broad Member, Industrial Systems and Human Factors Engineering at Wright State University. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Visiting Scientist / Postdoctoral Fellow at Gothenburg University / Orebro University, Sweden. From 2003 to 2008, they were a Research Associate at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY.

Rakesh Rathore, Ph.D. obtained their Professional Certificate from the University of Cincinnati in 2010 in the field of Clinical Research. Rakesh then earned their PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from G.B.Pant University of Agri. & Technology between 1994 and 2000. Before that, they obtained their MS in App. Biochemistry from Cancer Hospital and Research Institute between 1992 and 1994.
