Kasia Mieszczak

Kasia Mieszczak has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Kasia began their career in 2016 as a New Client Acquisition Analyst for UKI and BeNeLux at IBM. Kasia then worked as an Employer Engagement Events Assistant at De Montfort University from 2017 to 2018. After that, they joined Debenhams as a Senior Sales Advisor and later as a Finance Assistant from 2011 to 2018.

In 2018, Kasia joined IAG Cargo as an Innovation Lead and worked there until 2020. Kasia then joined Zenda, powered by British Airways, as an Operations Manager from 2020 to 2020. Kasia also worked at Beacon as a Senior Operations Associate from 2020 to 2021 and continued as an Operations Manager from 2021 to 2022.

In 2022, Kasia joined Wheely as an Operations Manager and worked there until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at TrueCircle, starting from February 2023.

Throughout their career, Kasia has gained experience in operations management, sales, finance, and client acquisition.

Kasia Mieszczak has a strong educational background. Kasia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from De Montfort University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. During their time at De Montfort University, Kasia focused on Finance as their field of study.

Before attending De Montfort University, Kasia attended Bristol Cathedral Choir School from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their A-levels. Kasia'sA-levels were in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Kasia has also obtained several certifications. Kasia is a Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP), which they obtained from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in November 2020. In March 2020, they obtained their First Aid at Work - RQF Level 3 certification from Safety First Aid Training. Kasia also received training in IBM Design Thinking from IBM in February 2017.
