Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and business operations with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Senior Director of European Business Operations at TrueCommerce since June 2018, Ben has held various roles including Director of Pre-Sales Europe and Pre-Sales Consultant for Unified Commerce, focusing on integrating comprehensive supply chain solutions. Prior to TrueCommerce, Ben was the Head of Product & Ecommerce at StarStock, where responsibilities included launching a new eCommerce platform. Ben’s earlier roles include Ecommerce and Integration Manager and Retail/Channel Marketing Manager at Matthew Clark, where significant contributions were made to the strategic evolution of the eCommerce function. Ben's career began in hospitality management, holding general management positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC and Spirit Group. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Greenwich and training from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
