Erin Baxter

Erin Baxter currently serves as the Senior Director of Tech PMO at TrueCommerce, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Erin held various roles at Fiserv from October 2005 to October 2023, including Director of PMO Governance, Director of Project and Program Delivery, and Manager of PMO. Erin's extensive experience encompasses capacity planning, project management tool administration for around 1,000 internal employees, and performance assessment in project and resource management. Responsibilities involved configuring tools, leading training sessions, and presenting operational updates to executives. Erin's earlier career includes positions as a Personal Sales Banker at US Bank and a Project Coordinator Intern, complemented by a B.S. in Art Education from Miami University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Acuity Institute School of Business Leadership.
