Rafael Padilla

Rafael Padilla has over five years of experience in the data science and software development fields. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Professor Adjunto at the Faculty of Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Python Developer at MRK-Systeme GmbH. From 2019 to 2020, they were an I+D Specialist at KOTEOS, where they were responsible for developing exoskeletons for upper limbs, analyzing and calibrating sensors, and coordinating software development using Python, R, and embedded systems such as Arduino, Energía, and Raspberry Pi. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Data Science Executive at NielsenIQ, where they were responsible for developing and managing statistical data for leading consumer companies, in order to provide functional information to optimize the development of commercial strategies. Rafael also executed development and programming in Python and R, as well as webscraping. Currently, they are a Data Analyst at TrueData.

Rafael Padilla obtained a Licenciatura en Matemática in Matemáticas e informática from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2011 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained the GOETHE ZERTIFIKAT B1 from the Goethe-Institut e.V. and in 2020, they obtained the TOEFL IBT from ETS.
