True Essence Foods
Matt Rubin has extensive work experience in various leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Matt is currently the Founder and CEO of True Essence Foods since May 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of SoChatti from November 2013. Matt co-founded Tau Motors in January 2018, where they also acted as the Technical Lead. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Matt worked at Indiana University Kelley School of Business as the Associate Director of JCEI and Entrepreneurship Lecturer from August 2014 to December 2017. Matt also held positions at IURTC, serving as the Assistant Director of Technology Commercialization and Director of IJCCR from January 2006 to July 2014.
Matt Rubin attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2002 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. Matt also obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Business during their time at the university.
