Andy Austin

Andy Austin is an experienced professional in revenue operations and business development, currently employed at TrueFoundry since April 2025. Previously, Andy served as Global Head of Business Development at Seldon and led business development and commercial sales at Laiye, where a team of four commercial sales representatives was built, alongside managing an internal BDR function. Prior experience includes roles at Clarify as Client Director & New Business and Programme Manager, driving significant sales in the enterprise technology sector. Early in the career, Andy worked in various sales development and account management roles at companies such as Logical Glue and Orange Business Services. Andy also has a decade of experience in education, having served as Assistant Head Teacher and Head of Faculty at Sir Herbert Leon Academy. Andy holds a BA (Hons) in Physical Education with QTS from De Montfort University.
