Jake Riffice has a diverse range of work experience. Jake started their career as a Golf Member Services Representative at Monterey Peninsula Country Club in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where they developed skills in cold-calling, prospecting, and developing financial plans.

In 2018, Jake became a Regional Account Manager at Sitek Process Solutions, Inc., and in 2019, they joined White Rabbit Intel as a Sales Executive. At White Rabbit Intel, they eventually moved up to become a Sales Director, responsible for hiring, recruiting, and coaching a team of full-cycle AEs.

Jake's entrepreneurship journey started in 2021 when they founded SalesButter. Jake then worked at Astronomic as a Strategy employee and SDR before joining Clinked.com as an SDR, where they engaged in daily outbound cold-calling and set 15 meetings per month.

Most recently, Jake worked at Momence since 2021. Jake started as an SDR and created more than 120 qualified opportunities and closed around $50k in won revenue. Jake later became an SDR Team Lead, where they built onboarding processes and a playbook for SDRs, interviewed, trained, and coached a team of 20 SDRs, generating $240k of pipeline and $120k of closed revenue.

Through their various roles and experiences, Jake has developed strong sales, leadership, and coaching skills, along with a deep understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.

Jake Riffice has a diverse education history. Jake started their college education in 2010 at American River College, where they studied Business Administration for two years. In 2013, they transferred to Sierra College and completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration in 2014. The following year, in 2015, Jake attended the University of Iowa, focusing on Business Administration. Jake spent a year there before transferring to California State University, Monterey Bay in 2015. At CSU Monterey Bay, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jake has also obtained two certifications. In February 2021, they completed the "Filling the Funnel" certification at JB Sales Training, followed by the "Driving to Close" certification from JB Sales in June 2021.
