Daniel Paul, MBA

Daniel Paul, MBA has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, negotiations, and underwriting. Daniel began their career in 2005 as a Junior Associate/Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. Daniel then moved to High Point Development as an Acquisitions Manager in 2006. In 2007, they became the Broker/Owner at Reliance Realty, LLC, where they successfully brokered 58 single-family rental assets for Tricon American Homes totaling over $5MM in 2014, and developed a foreclosure auction strategy, resulting in over $6MM worth of single-family asset purchases in 2015 and 2016. In 2012, Daniel joined Waypoint Homes as an Evaluator/Underwriting Manager, helping to open the Tampa office and develop the acquisitions practices for the Tampa Bay Region. Daniel then moved to Progress Residential\u00ae in 2016, where they were an Acquisitions Manager, leading a team of analysts responsible for deploying $50-$100MM per month in the Florida region. In 2020, they joined Entera as a Team Lead/Manager, Negotiations, and currently works as an Acquisitions Director at Truehold.

Daniel Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from the University of Florida. Daniel then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of South Florida in 2011-2012.
