Eachan Fletcher

Eachan Fletcher has a long and varied career in the technology and product space. In 2008, they founded Bookterrier, an online community for discovering and exchanging books between individuals with similar interests. In 2009, they became Chief Information Officer of Sporting Index, where they turned around an underperforming technology department and established a roadmap for rebuilding the digital business. In 2011, they co-founded Beyondwishlists and joined Expedia as Vice-President of Technology, EAN. In this role, they recruited and developed the team supporting 10,000 B2B partnerships generating more than $2bn in travel bookings every year. Eachan was then promoted to lead both Product and Technology globally for Expedia's B2B business. In 2013, they joined Hotwire as Vice-President of Product, where they moved within Expedia to build a new Product and User Experience team and established leadership in mobile through a new responsive Javascript web platform and award-winning native apps on both Android and iOS. Eachan also joined Spil Games as a Supervisory Board Member and Whipper as an Advisory Board Member. In 2016, they founded NestEgg.rent, a platform to help thousands of landlords manage and grow their portfolios. In 2017, they joined easyProperty.com as a Non-Executive Director, advising the CEO on technology and product strategy. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Product Officer of Truehold, where NestEgg was acquired.

Eachan Fletcher attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2016 where they received a degree in Cognitive Science. Prior to that, they attended Auckland University of Technology from 1995 to 1998 where they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics.
