Ezra Allswang

Ezra Allswang has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Ezra is currently the Director of Acquisitions at Truehold, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Ezra worked at Tiber Capital Group, where they held various roles. Ezra served as the Director of Acquisitions from April 2021 to January 2023, overseeing the company's acquisition strategies. Before that, they were an Acquisition Manager from October 2019 to April 2021, responsible for managing and executing property acquisitions. Ezra started their tenure at Tiber Capital Group as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst in December 2018, where they focused on analyzing investment opportunities in the US real estate housing markets. Prior to joining Tiber Capital Group, Ezra worked at Eastern Union as a Loan Consultant from August 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they worked with commercial real estate owners and developers to secure financing for property purchases and refinancing. Ezra also built relationships with lenders and financial institutions to optimize financing options for their clients.
