Lucas Grohn has been in the workforce since 2008. Lucas began their career as the Pre-Teen Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, where they were responsible for 50+ members and planned and executed summer activities for all 40+ preteen summer camp members. In 2013, they joined Electric Mirror, LLC as a Customer Service & Sales Lead, where they led the hospitality customer service department with a focus on extended service projects and replacement programs for VIP clients. Lucas was then promoted to Customer Service & Sales Supervisor, where they led an internal team of customer facing agents and technicians in support of ongoing sales and production operations. In 2015, they began working as a Real Estate Broker at Re/Max On the Lake and Redfin, where they represented clients with a high level of professionalism and provided guidance based on local/regional knowledge and expertise. In 2017, they joined RE/MAX Northwest as a Program Manager. In 2019, they became a Sales Trainer at Zillow Group and in 2021, they joined REX as a Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness and Senior Sales Trainer | Head of Sales Training. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Truehold as a Senior Manager, Outside Sales and Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.

Lucas Grohn received their Bachelor of Science in Philosophy of Religion from Liberty University in 2011. Lucas then pursued Graduate Studies in Organizational Leadership at Colorado State University. In February 2020, they obtained the certification of Designing Emotion: How To Use Design To Move People from LinkedIn.
