CTO & Co-Founder at Truehold

Snehal Kundalkar began their work experience in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Cygnet System Private Limited, where they designed and developed parts of an operating system and embedded communications platform. Snehal then worked at Tata Technologies Limited as a Software Engineer before joining Motorola Mobility as a Researcher in Machine Learning, where they built a context-aware intelligent driver assistant system.

In 2003, Snehal joined Ipro Tech as a Software Engineer, where they developed software for digital discovery in the legal, government, and corporate sectors. Snehal then moved to CafePress Inc. in 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in building merchandising, order management, and community platforms.

In 2011, Snehal joined Apple as a Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for search and discovery enterprise applications. During their time at Apple, they built and managed highly productive engineering teams and influenced the organization's culture.

Snehal then became an advisor at The Reel App in 2017 before joining Reddit, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Director of Engineering. At Reddit, they played a crucial role in shaping the social culture of the internet by maintaining privacy and facilitating honest opinions.

In 2020, Snehal became the Chief Technology Officer at Valence Community, which was later acquired by Greenwood Bank. Currently, they are working as the CTO & Co-Founder at Truehold.

Snehal Kundalkar holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Data Mining from Arizona State University. Prior to pursuing their Master's degree, Snehal earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University.
