Maxim Vinnikov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and operations. Currently serving as CEO of TrueLabel since August 2020, Vinnikov previously held pivotal roles at Crossover for Work, including VP of Software Engineering and Operations, and VP of Product Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading remote engineering teams and enhancing productivity across multiple B2B software products. Notable achievements include a rapid recovery of weekly release schedules for three products post-acquisition and significantly boosting grading team productivity. Earlier in the career, Vinnikov served as Deputy Head of Software R&D at AT Consulting, overseeing the development of a major G2C software solution, along with previous roles in software development at Allianz.
