Jeff Riley

Jeff Riley currently serves as the Manager of the Customer Success Department at TrueLook Construction Cameras, where responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive Customer Success strategy aimed at scaling services for external and internal customers. With extensive experience in customer success, sales, and account management, previous roles at TrueLook include Customer Success Specialist and National Account Executive. Prior to TrueLook, Jeff held various positions, such as Assistant Guide at The Montessori School of Winston-Salem and Sales Executive at SmartLinx Solutions. Additional experience encompasses sales and account management roles at Castlight Health, SilkRoad Technology, and Direct Wireless. Jeff holds a BA in History/Sociology from High Point University.
