Tor Stenbakken, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Tor currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at TrueML, where they are responsible for designing and delivering strategic programs to up-skill and equip employees for optimal performance. Tor also oversees the administration of company-wide engagement surveys and collaborates with leaders to develop departmental action plans.
