Alaina Martensen

Alaina Martensen is an experienced professional in employee benefits consulting and recruitment, currently serving as a Team Leader and Senior Account Specialist at TrueNorth Companies, L.C. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Alaina worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Skywalk Group, where innovative recruiting strategies were developed to locate top talent, and as a Recruiter at Hirschbach, handling candidate applications and screenings. Additional experience includes wellness coaching for CDL truck drivers, as well as a background in marketing and community relations as a Home Health Aide at Above & Beyond Home Health and Hospice.
