Kyle Mertz

Kyle Mertz's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Kyle started their career in 2004 as an Account Executive at Maytag Appliances. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Account Executive at Holmes Murphy & Associates, specializing in employee benefit consulting. In 2010, they became a Council Member at the City of Altoona. Since 2011, they have been with TrueNorth Companies, initially as a Principal, Benefits Advisor, and currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Benefits and Financial Strategies. In their current role, they lead a team of specialists and is responsible for strategic oversight, business development, and innovation.

Kyle Mertz attended Johnston High School from 1996 to 2000, but did not receive a degree or study a specific field. After that, they went on to study International Business at Drake University from 1999 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
