Matt Nicholls has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as the Manager of IT Experience at TrueNorth Companies, L.C. since April 2018, where previous roles included IT Experience Support Lead and IT Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at QCR Holdings, Inc. as a Network Administrator/Desktop Support from August 2012 to April 2018, and a role as Client Systems Analyst II at Mercy Medical Center for a brief period in 2012. Matt’s career began in September 2005 at Farmers State Bank, Marion, where promotion from Network Technician to Systems Administrator occurred within the first year, along with consistent recognition as a top performer. Additional experience includes ownership of APlusDesigns.net from January 2000 to January 2010, where solutions for client needs were developed and maintained, and roles as IT Consultant for Progressive Care, Inc. and IT Director for Car Wash Consultants, Inc., focusing on infrastructure design and implementation.
