Teri Gibson

Teri Gibson has over three decades of experience in the insurance field, specializing in employee benefits since 1987. Currently serving as the Practice Leader for Employee Benefits at TrueNorth Companies since March 2006, Teri focuses on sectors including manufacturing, ESOPs, construction, and healthcare, aiming to provide clients with the tools and strategies needed to enhance their employee benefits programs. Prior to TrueNorth, Teri worked as an Employee Benefit Account Executive at Holmes Murphy & Associates, consistently achieving top producer status with a remarkable 98% retention rate of managed accounts. Teri's career began at John Deere Health as a Senior Account Executive, where responsibilities included selling health and dental benefits to large employers in Eastern Iowa. Teri holds degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy University.
