Luis Felipe Buitrago

Luis Felipe Buitrago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development, project management, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Conferencista at Formando-T and as an Economic Development Advisor for the Gobernación del Atlántico, Buitrago specializes in business plans and public budget presentations, alongside supporting tourism initiatives within the framework of the Economy Naranja.
