Maurício Carmona

Maurício Carmona has been in the professional field since 2016. Maurício was a Management Team Member at Conexão Social FGV from 2016 to 2018. Maurício then joined INTENT - Formação Integrada para Liderança Empreendedora as a Team Member in 2018. In 2019, they began working at Stone, first as a Financial Products Analyst and then as a Financial Products Intern for the Credit Products team. Maurício currently works as a Product Manager at Tino since 2022. At Stone, they were also responsible for the development of financial products aimed at serving the Supply Chain. Maurício's main activities included construction with the Design team of research, data analysis, interviews with customers and usability tests to develop and validate hypotheses; definition and prioritization of the short and medium term objectives of the product; roadmap and backlog management; stakeholder relationship management, including engineering, marketing and business teams.
