Paul Lucey

Paul Lucey is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the payment services and hospitality industries. Currently, Paul serves as the Business Owner of BODEGA1830 TAPAS AND WINE BAR in Clonmel, which successfully opened in October 2022 alongside co-owner Michael Maher. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Truepos Payment Solutions, where the company specializes in merchant services with over 50 years of combined industry experience. Paul has been the Managing Director of Premier Utilities Ltd since 2010, responding to demands for competitive rates in merchant services and utilities for SMEs throughout Ireland. Previously, Paul worked as Managing Director at Whitestar Ventures and managed retail merchant services for small and medium-sized businesses. Paul also has experience as CEO of Atlantis Ventures, overseeing multiple business sectors, including casinos and cosmetics, and served as Operations Manager for Steiner Leisure, managing spa operations on luxury cruise lines. Paul holds a Leaving Certificate from Clonmel High School and a Diploma in Leisure and Recreation Management from Inchicore College in Dublin.
