Jonathan Wiersma

Jonathan Wiersma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career at PNC as a Banking Center Manager from 2003 to 2005. Jonathan then worked at Lehman Brothers as a Territory Executive from an unknown start date to 2008. Following this, they held roles at Silver Sword Capital Partners as a Director of Product Strategy Consultant from 2009 to 2010, and at TTE Laboratories, Inc. as a Manager of Sales & Marketing from 2008 to 2010. Jonathan joined CampusDoor as the AVP of Business Development & Product from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Wiersma transitioned to the government technology sector, starting at CivicPlus as a Product Manager from 2013 to 2014. Jonathan then served as the Sr. Product Manager for CivicHR from 2014 to 2015, and as the General Manager of HR Solutions from 2015 to 2018. Jonathan continued to climb the ranks at CivicPlus, becoming the Director of Product Strategy from 2018 to 2020, and concluding their time there as the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy from 2020 to 2021.

Wiersma then took a professional sabbatical from 2021 to 2021 before joining Polco as the Vice President of Marketing from 2021 to 2023. Jonathan also briefly held the role of Senior Strategic Advisor at Polco from 2023 to an unknown end date. Currently, in 2024, they work at TrueRoll as the VP of Product & Marketing, aligning data science and AI solutions for government use cases.
