Julio Polanco Yermenos

Julio Polanco Yermenos has a diverse work experience that spans across several companies. Julio started their career at Stream Global Services in 2006, where they worked as a Supervisor of Operations. Julio then moved on to Data Vimenca in 2011, where they continued in a similar role as a Supervisor of Operations, managing daily call center operations. In 2017, Julio joined Newtech S.R.L as a Supervisor Sr. De Operaciones, responsible for analyzing service level agreements, implementing process improvement plans, and managing the performance of subordinates. Julio later transitioned to the role of Gerente de operaciones, where they implemented procedures and generated ideas to increase productivity. Julio joined TrueShore in 2021, first as a Senior Operations Manager and now as the Director of Operations.

Julio Polanco Yermenos pursued their undergraduate studies in Administration of Companies at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo from 2005 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree.
