Chad Galbasin is a seasoned professional in service delivery and sales management with extensive experience in client satisfaction and project management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at TrueSource, LLC since April 2021, Chad focuses on improving client services through project management, reliability issue resolution, service metrics tracking, and budget management, utilizing Salesforce and various CRM and SaaS systems. Previously, as Sales Development Manager at Comcast from December 2009 to August 2020, Chad successfully onboarded new MDU properties and managed a team of 10-15 Representatives through field visits and conference calls. Chad holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant & Stratton College, earned between 2017 and 2019, and completed education at West High from 1985 to 1989.
